Plaintiff allegedly purchased an Orion Bus Limousine for $20,000 cash from Byers after an eBay auction for the vehicle failed to result in a sale. The vehicle was listed as a 1985 Orion bus with an 8 cylinder engine in excellent, but used, condition, and was also advertised as having been inspected by eBay. However, Plaintiff subsequently learned that the vehicle was a 1982 Orion bus with a 6 cylinder engine. Plaintiff also alleges that the engine failed shortly after the sale, as well as a replacement engine that Defendant had sent. |
