MoveOn.org Civic Action et al v. Viacom International Inc.
MoveOn.org and Brave New Films sued Viacom for asking YouTube to remove a video containing some Viacom content. Viacom stated they had not asked YouTube to remove that particular clip, and that after reviewing the clip, that Viacom had no objection of MoveOn using the Viacom material in the clip.
