Tilton et al v. Francis et al
Plaintiffs allege that they engaged in sexually-explicit conduct during Spring Break at the Desert Inn in Daytona Beach. Plaintiffs further allege that defendants videotaped the plaintiffs while still minors and produced videos without determining the age of the Plaintiffs at the time the images were videotaped.
