Plaintiff alleges that she was 16 years old when defendant Joe Francis coerced Plaintiff into exposing her breasts while being filmed in return for a single t-shirt. Defendants allegedly included her image and likeness into a Girls Gone Wild video, as well as other advertising and marketing media.
