Plaintiff alleged that defendant William Scott Hanson sexually raped, molested, battered and fondled him while plaintiff was a minor, and that defendant Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints d/b/a the Mormon Church knew that Hanson was a pedophile that was abusing children but retained him as a High Priest, Scout leader and Young Men's Leader.
