and/or biographical information in any way, including but not limited to, in connections with the operation of BetUS's and CLTB's websites and the distribution of promotional materials,
provided that the party making such use does not have Plaintiffs' prior, express, signed permission therefor; and this Court shall retain jurisdiction for the purpose of enforcement of this
