MINUTE ORDER RE: ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - On November 23, 2009, the Wsshington State Bar Association suspended John Scannell, counsel for Plaintiff. On December 3, 2009, Chief Judge Lasnik
issued an order to show cause why reciprocal discipline should not be imposed by this Court. Mr. Scannell is required to respond to the order to show cause within 30 days of its issuance.
